Most of our basic collection is produced in-house at our own manufactory in Portugal. For larger projects (300+ items) with a longer lead time, we also offer full production options in Portugal to suit your needs.
We embroider exclusively on our own carefully selected textiles.
Creating a digital Embroidery card
Embroidery isn’t like printing, so we need is an embroidery card. This is a digitised version of your design, prepared as a stitch-ready file for our machines.
Unlike most studios, we handle this process in-house, as it’s a crucial step to achieving perfect embroidery results. Therefore, a one-time production fee applies for creating the embroidery card. For any reorders with the same logo or text, this fee is waived.
Sampling the stitches
Every embroidery design is carefully refined before it goes into production. With over 500 different color threads to choose from, we will find a way to match the vibe of your company!
Once refined, you will receive preview image of the design on a sample fabric for feedback before production begins. You are always welcome to visit our boutique in Haarlem and take a peek at the sample in person.
From order to STITCH
Lead times vary depending on the product, customisation techniques, quantity and the season. We’ll discuss the expected delivery with you beforehand, but on average it takes 2–3 weeks.

STITCH Amsterdam designed and produced an exclusive embroidered collection for Gleneagles (Scotland). The bespoke line, made for their hotel stores, was inspired by iconic characters from The Glorious Playground.

We collaborated on several projects with Dutch haircare brand Gisou, creating unique pieces from embroidered bee suits to napkins and bathrobes.

With a professional mobile setup and an experienced embroidery team, we come to you. Guests choose their personalisation from a curated selection of designs and thread colours. We embroider each item live on location fast, personal and crafted with care.
Custom embroidered caps
Looking for custom embroidered caps for your brand, company or event? In our Haarlem embroidery studio, we customize caps with your logo, text or design.
From 6-panel dad caps and bucket hats to trucker caps, every piece is developed with attention to detail, quality and finish.
Whether you already have artwork ready or are still exploring ideas, we’re happy to think along with you. The maximum embroidery size on the front of the cap is approximately 9 × 5 cm. For the back of the cap, the maximum embroidery size is approximately 6 × 2 cm.

For every project the right thread
With over 400 thread colours to choose from, we’ll always find the perfect match for your brand. From matte, metallic and neon to even glow-in-the-dark — there’s a thread for every project.
Most preferably, we work with our eco-friendly threads, made from viscose or lyocell. These natural fibres are produced in a resource-saving, low-emission process — the ideal choice to complement sustainable embroidery and responsibly made textiles.
Questions we often get
What is the minimum order quantity?
For most business embroidery projects, we work with a minimum order quantity of 20 pieces.
Can I bring my own garments?
Unfortunately not. Our garments are carefully selected and tested in our studio to ensure the best embroidery quality.
What are the requirements for artwork to be suitable for embroidery?
Embroidery works best with bold and simple artwork. Very small details, gradients and photo-like images usually don’t translate well into stitches. Solid shapes and clear lines give the best result.
For text and lettering, we recommend a minimum height of 5 mm to keep everything readable.
Can I receive a sample?
You are always welcome to visit our store to view and try on the garments from our collection.
Before starting the final production, we always create an embroidery test on sample fabric. This test can be shared by photo or viewed in our store, and there is still room for small adjustments before production starts on the final garments.
What is the average production time?
Production time depends on the order size and stock availability of the garments. On average, production takes around 2 weeks after artwork approval. We also offer an express service for urgent orders at an additional cost.
What embroidery sizes do you offer?
We work with different embroidery hoop sizes depending on the placement and garment. Our speciality lies in smaller, high-quality embroidery designs. The maximum embroidery size we offer is 20 x 20 cm.
